Ramadan is a month of health, and this is what many people don’t know, and don’t understand.

Come Ramadhan, our diet is radically altered. Our meals get condensed in mornings and evenings, with no intake in-between for an extended period of time. For some of us, the intake of oily foods skyrockets. These changes in diet aren’t well received by everyone.

If you really want to get the best of Ramadan, then you have to follow these tips and take care of the way you eat after sunset!

1. Drink lots of water.
2. Eat lots of raw vegetables and fruits after breaking your fasting.
3. Keep away from high caffeine drinks and sodas.
4. Keep away from spicy foods.
5. Keep away from fried and oil filled foods.
6. Exercise a bit each day; take up light sports like walking or riding a bicycle.
7. Stay low on sugar, whether from foods or drinks.
8. Try not to gain weight, and that is by having a balanced diet.
