Former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto’s eldest daughter has recorded a tribute rap song dedicated to her late mother.
Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari, currently a student at Edinburgh University, posted the track ‘I Would Take The Pain Away’ on YouTube.
“Dear Mum, If you can hear me, I’ve got a few things I never got the chance to say,” she raps.

RAWALPINDI: The Media Study Forum has welcomed the appointment of Arshad Khan as a new managing director, Pakistan Television Corporation (PTV), Islamabad.
The forum chairman, Ilyas Bhatti, hoped that new management would resolve the 20 years old seniority and promotion issue of the PTV employees.

Pop music is rapidly taking over the Pakistani music scene, despite the moral brigade and diktats of the clergy. “Pop, along with soft rock, is growing in popularity.
In a historic fashion, business and diplomatic move, Faiza Samee, the Pakistani designer who once dressed former prime minister Benazir Bhutto for her wedding, has begun retailing in Delhi, the first ever for a Pakistani designer in India.
Samee, who will be selling at the Carma fashion boutique in Mehrauli, has even made saris for the first time in her more than two-decade fashion career, especially for the India launch.
