Student Designer’s Creation Display in Lahore

Models display creations by Pakistani student designers from STEP educational institute, in Lahore. The fashion show was organized to display collections from emerging students of STEP from the faculty of Art & Design summer collections.
Various student designers showcased their work at a catwalk to present fashion inspired by traditional designs.

8th National Youth Performing Arts Festival Lahore

The 8th Youth Performing Arts Festival of the Rafi Peer Theatre Workshop (RPTW) kicked off on Thursday, 3rd December to 7th December at the Peeru’s Café, Lahore. This was the first time that the youth festival wass being organized at Peeru’s Café instead of the Alhamra Cultural Complex due to the non-availability of sponsors.

Nickie and Nina in Geneva

Lahore based designer duo Nickie and Nina recently showcased their latest collections in a fund raising event in Geneva, Switzerland. Organized in collaboration with the Swiss Pakistan Society, the event also featured a concert by Ali Zafar, who entertained the expatriate community with his hit songs as well as some Bollywood classics. She is a filmmaker with a degree in theatre and religion from Mount Holyoke college in New York. She works out of offices in New York City, Santa Fe, and Lahore.
