It came like a bolt from the blue. Aaroh, one of the nation’s hottest bands has, for all intensive purposes, disintegrated. Apparently, founding members Kami and Nabeel have decided to carry on with the Aaroh name while lead vocalist Farook and Khaled have
parted ways with the alternative rock-pop outfit.
Naturally, both sides had different tales to tell, while Kami claiming “artisitc differences” as one of the main reasons behind the fissure, Farook insists that he and Khaled were kept in the dark about the band’s projects, including the signing of record …

When the late legendary qawwali master Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan first sang in the United States, his concerts weren’t so different from those he performed in his native Pakistan.
With ecstatic and hypnotic improvised songs based in the ancient poetry of Sufism, the mystic tradition of Islam, Khan electrified audiences for up to five hours. He died in 1997 at the age of 49.

Recently rock bands from Lahore Jaal, [eP] and Visaal performed in Isloo in a concert arranged by Melange, the Elite club. It was arranged in NIC Auditorium in Blue Area. Fans really enjoyed performance of their favorite bands but much appreciated was [eP]. With Spring and SAF games around the corner, we look forward for more concerts in Islamabad.

Finally Noori managed to perform in the capital city.This concert was organized by some private firm to help physically challenged persons. Noori performed live in Islamabad Club auditorium and fans enjoyed there a lot. Lets hope that now Noori would be
performing in Isloo frequently!!
