When she first came into limelight as Miss India and then Miss Universe, Lara Dutta seemed to be a terribly intelligent dame. But after eight long years it seems she just doesn’t know how to play her cards right.
Priyanka Chopra who came second to her at the pageant that year (2000), went on to become Miss World, made her debut alongside Lara in 2003 and left her miles behind. PC has worked in big films and with almost every big hero in town, while Lara seems to be stuck in the same place! After working in flop movies and doing bit parts in multi-starrers what more could she expect anyway?

The movie starts in a different manner unlike others, which depicts the suffering of the hero in his jail tenure in forms of sketches. By seeing that one comes to know how much the poor chap had suffered and is filled with utmost hatred with the person who had put him behind the bars.

Imran Khan has changed his image in his second film.
Says the nervous second-timer, “After Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, Kidnap was the first script that I actually liked. I decided on doing it instinctively. And I’ve a completely different role from what I did in Jaane Tu…I admit Sanjay Dutt has a bigger part in my next release Kidnap.
And rightly so. He’s a much bigger star than me and obviously the focus would be on him. I am thrilled with my part in Kidnap. Incidentally Sanjay Dutt is also my co-star in Luck. Apparently there’s some kind of a mysterious link between the two of us.”

The popularity of Imran Khan, who is just one film old, has soared so much that he says he has been “reduced to doing interviews in cars, in the shower, anywhere” and is being offered huge amounts of money to just show his face at parties.
“I’m now reduced to doing interviews in cars, in the shower, anywhere…thanks to the promotion of ‘Kidnap’. I’m also being offered ridiculous sums of money to just attend functions, parties and events,” Imran told us.

Minissha Lamba’s much talked about movie “Kidnap” will see the actress push frontiers as compared to her previous box-office outings. And we aren’t just talking about her new bikini-luscious body.
Everyone knows that Minissha has quite an adventurous streak in her and is quite a water baby. The schedule of “Kidnap” in Mauritius involved scenes where she was required to take a dip in the sea. During one such shot, so engrossed was Minissha in her mid-sea swim that she did not realize that the currents had pushed her far from where she was supposed to be.
