Ramgopal Varma’s latest production ‘Road’ is a gritty thriller featuring Vivek Oberoi, Antara Maali and Manoj Bajpai. Its music, by Sandesh Shandilya (of K3G fame), is in keeping with the film’s theme.
However, film’s director Rajat Mukherji roped in as many as five different songwriters – Khilesh Sharma, Jaideep Sahni, Nitin Raikwar, Makrand Deshpande and Taabish Romani – to pen the lyrics.

Amitabh Bachchan recently unveiled Babul Supriyo’s debut solo pop album ‘Sochta Hun.’ The event was attended by several biggies of the music world – Sonu Nigam, Abhijeet, Shan, Udit Narayan to name a few. Another surprise guest of honour was Jr. Bachchan who also graced the occasion. “I almost feel like a newcomer even after spending so many years in the music industry,” said Babul Supriyo.
