Now, the energetic and enthusiastic Anoushka Shankar is all set to star in a film titled Dance Like A Man by Kolkata born director Pamela Rook. This is a screen adaptation of a play by Mahesh Dattani. The flick also stars Shobana (of Mitr, My Friend fame). Rook who has a knack for adaptations previously directed Khushwant Singh’s Train To Pakistan. She earlier turned down an offer with MGM since she believed that good and meaningful roles were what she wanted to portray.
