Talking of Salman Khan, I’m told he’s been spending sleepless nights. Don’t think it’s the after effects of duds like God Tussi Great Ho, Hello and Yuvvraaj.. because when have flops ever affected our Sallu bhai?

Whatever the reasons, the wide-eyed actor stays up all night, painting. His friends have been trying to persuade him to consult a doctor, even pop a sleeping pill if need be, but Sallu’s okay with his insomnia., even if he’s not getting his share of beauty sleep.

At least he’s giving us enough art to fill up a gallery or two. Yawn!

Their movie ‘Yuvvraaj’ that was supposed to portray their love for each other, bombed at the box office, prompting many to ask whether Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif lack chemistry. The latter spoke to TIMES NOW about her relation with Salman and the movie, which did not do so well inspite the hype.

When asked whether her chemistry with Salman does not work with the average cine-goer, Kat clearly said, “May be.” This is an indication enough that the duo’s onscreen love story could possibly be going off-track. Also, she believes that this could very well be the reason for the movie not doing so well in the box office.

You seem to be the Queen of Big Budget films. After the super-duper ‘Race’ and ‘Singh Is Kinng’, you have yet another biggie lined up for release — ‘Yuvvraaj’. How does it feel?

It feels great but I don’t think budget has anything to do with the quality of a film. It’s the content and presentation which matters at the end of the day. Yuvvraaj being a musical drama, it calls for grand visuals and a certain larger than life canvas.

The film seems like a complete entertaining drama. Could you tell us something more about the film?

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are playing lovers for the first time in upcoming flick, Yuvvraaj though they have acted together in several films.

This is also the time when Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif have gone public with their off screen romance.

Salman and Katrina have decided to go public no matter what the odds. Too much intimacy on screen and off screen may deter family audiences.

On the other hand Katrina believes that an off screen romance will have no impact on the fate of a film as Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor proved in Jab We Met.
